Hey Folks, I am still looking for this piece that caries the ground for the horn.
It is made of bakelight, it has a little brass roller on top, a spring inside to keep the roller tensioned upwards, and a black wire that goes thru the bottom of it, and that is routed same way in the steering casing as the wires for the flasher switch.
It comes out by pulling straight up on it, or by tapping it gently from under the switch plate. (the switch plate is held in the bowl by 2 screw under the bowl)
It is very fragile and cannot be bent, wiggled or be handled with pliers as it is very thin walled and brittle as it is hollow.

Please PM me if you have one.

I also need the steering column to floor gasket (with the metal colar inside), and a good signal (flasher) switch with the wire in tact and pliable
Many Thanks,
J.

Broken in Half !

If you can't get it Jean, use Gorilla glue. That is the shit! Cool

They have a few different glue to offer..
Is this one the best for bakelight application? also would it be good to glue rubbers.

Well, if you think of strength saying Gorilla...it makes sense. I just think of a giant monkey, a strong one.
