That's right...I have some savings and lost about 4000 EUR in stock
funds last year...I'd better take the money that's left and "invest" in a 58 Fury!

LOL!

I was going to make the car a daily driver, I got the motor unstuck, brakes functioning, fuel system working etc. but then needed the room in the barn for another car I was working on. Drove the car across town, and parked it in the shop. I have the seats from my airport limo re-upholstered, and set on the Fury in order to keep the mice from nesting in them.

In answer to your question, I'm not sure what I will eventually do with the car, time will tell. ---John

That is real good to know, as mine smokes like a sunavagun! I am hoping it will stop smoking like your too. When i first started the engine 3 years ago, it had not ran for 26 years straight!
brings a question to mind!

Yeah Johnny! We don't know whens the last time she ran, all we know is that it was last registered in 2004, and when John bought it the owner had had it parked in a storage unit. How long is the question. So it could be 10 years, give or take, since she last ran. It's amazing how with some gasoline and clean spark plugs, she started right up with no issues. And those videos DO NOT do her justice, she sounds amazing in person. It's like a quite rumble the engine makes, real smooth. Actually, to be honest, it sounds just like John's Fury. That's how smooth she runs.

And let me tell you, that was the best moment of my life guys, hands down. Hearing that car start right up, and run so smoothly, it was amazing.
AND THAT SMELL OF THE INTERIOR! I'm in love with it. I smell that smell everywhere now. I love it.
